Rihanna is unstoppable with her plans for UK domination... It was recently announced that the singer became the first female solo artist in UK chart history to achieve number one singles in five consecutive years!

"She has scored number one singles EVERY YEAR since 2007 with ‘Umbrella’, ‘Take A Bow’, ‘Run This Town’, ‘Only Girl’, and ‘What’s My Name’. The Official Charts Company announced her record after ‘What’s My Name?’ rose from number two to the top spot. The last artist to achieve this was Elvis Presley, who had UK numbers ones in each year between 1957 and 1963. Rihanna maintains the number one position in the album charts, giving the singer her second UK chart double of her career. What’s even more amazing is that Rihanna also has two MORE singles in the UK top 10 – ‘Only Girl (In The World)’ and ‘Who’s That Chick’.

She's like Taylor Swift across the pond. Pretty impressive! When you start tying Beatles or Presley records... you know you're golden.
